Automation
Automate the work your team repeats.
I find where your team loses time to repeatable document and data tasks, and build workflows that run reliably in production, at a fixed price per outcome.
What I automate
Not chatbots. I look at how the work actually runs, find where manual effort creates risk or delay, and automate it. I use Claude’s API for the language-heavy steps and connect it to the systems you already have. Every workflow ships with logging and error alerts.
Document intelligence. Extracting, classifying and routing PDFs, forms, invoices and compliance documents without manual data entry.
Approval and data pipelines. Trigger-based workflows and scheduled data pipelines that keep your systems and reports up to date.
Checks and reports. Compliance checks and report generation that run on their own, instead of someone copying numbers into a spreadsheet.
What it costs
Fixed prices, per outcome rather than per hour. You pay your own tool and AI subscriptions directly, at cost. I never mark them up.
