Accessibility+
Can everyone use your website?
I test your site by hand, with a keyboard and a screen reader, not a widget, and tell you in plain English what’s stopping people. Then I fix it in your code and re-test.
For sites that real customers have to use
If people can’t use your website, they can’t buy, book or contact you. Accessibility problems are also easy to introduce and hard to spot from the outside. I work on:
Websites and online shops. Navigation, product pages, checkout and booking forms on modern-stack sites.
Web apps and portals. Logged-in areas, forms, tables and dashboards.
PDFs and documents on your site. The forms and price lists people actually download.
What I test
Keyboard only
Can every link, menu and form be used without a mouse, in a sensible order, with a visible focus outline?
Screen readers
Do headings, buttons, images and forms make sense when read aloud?
Colour and contrast
Can text be read by people with low vision or colour blindness?
Zoom and small screens
Does the page still work at 400% zoom and on a narrow phone?
Forms and errors
Are fields labelled and are mistakes explained in plain words?
Motion and media
Does it respect reduced-motion settings, and do videos have captions where needed?
Automated scans too
Tools catch the easy failures. I check the rest by hand.
Standard: WCAG 2.2 AA.
How an engagement runs
You tell me about your site.
I tell you honestly where I’d start.
I audit it.
The pages and journeys that matter most, tested by hand and with scans.
You get a plain-English report.
A prioritised list of what’s blocking people, with a draft accessibility statement you can publish once the fixes are in.
I fix it and re-test.
Fixes go into your codebase, or I give your developer clear instructions, then I check again.
Then keep it that way
New pages and new content can quietly break what was fixed. I can re-check on a regular schedule: a monthly scan, a short report, and updates to your accessibility statement. That is Stay Accessible, R450 a month, month to month with no lock-in.
I fixed my own site first
On 30 September 2026, automated tests of the previous erzo.co.za found 218 colour-contrast failures across 11 pages. The rebuilt site has no automated accessibility violations, works with reduced motion and without JavaScript, and has an accessibility statement that says plainly what has and hasn’t been tested.

Remote. I work with clients in South Africa, the UK and the US.
Fixed prices for the packages. Fixes are quoted after the audit, before I start.

Ask about Accessibility+Common questions
Do you sell an accessibility widget or overlay?
No. Overlays don’t fix the underlying code. I fix the code.
Will my site be WCAG 2.2 AA compliant afterwards?
The report states whether the pages I tested meet WCAG 2.2 AA and what to fix where they don’t. I only describe a site as conformant for the pages I’ve tested.
Is this a legal requirement?
I can’t give legal advice. I can tell you whether your site meets the standard that laws and procurement rules usually point to.
Do you fix things too?
Yes. I fix them in your code and re-test, or I give your developer instructions.
Do you work on WordPress sites?
No. I work on modern-stack sites, fixing the code and re-testing. If your site is on WordPress, the better route is to rebuild it on a modern, fast stack, with accessibility built in from the start.
Not sure how your site does?
Send me the address and tell me what people do on it. I’ll tell you where I’d start.
